    The Role

    As the Pricing Manager you will build and the run a successful OASIS pricing function. Reporting into the Chief Revenue Officer, you will work with colleagues and clients initially in the UK&I, and thereafter in Poland, Belgium and the Netherlands once the UK&I capability has been established. The overarching objective of the role is to support OASIS' market growth aspirations through the acquisition of profitable business with new clients and to grow our share of wallet with existing clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • and run the OASIS Group Pricing capability (UK&I initially).
    • and maintain accurate cost base for OASIS key products and propositions.
    • and maintain accurate pricing models for OASIS key products and propositions.
    • appropriate and agreed levels of margin from OASIS standard pricing models.
    • the pricing approach for key deals, deploying commercial innovation and outcome-based models to increase OASIS' win rate.
    • for planning and executing OASIS' annual price increases.
    • a robust approach to standard/non-standard pricing sign-off within the OASIS Deal Acceleration Framework (Commercial Governance).
    • with the UK&I Finance Business Partner, build key deal P&Ls and cashflow statements for the deal term, enabling OASIS to position compelling commercial proposals.
    • of OASIS' understanding of competitor price points and commercial propositions, enabling OASIS to anticipate competitor offers and price to win.
    • of commercial and pricing responses to client RFPs and tenders, including Bid Library.
    • of commercial and pricing content for client presentations, participation in client pitches.
    • with pursuit teams to establish commercial and pricing related win strategies and win themes.
    • and improve pricing processes, creating new workflows and processes where they do not exist, constantly identifying opportunity areas and building a vision of 'what good looks like' around pricing related controls and approvals.
    • for pricing of key tools such as Salesforce, working closely with Sales Operations and broader Commercial to understand how to improve these tools and what features could add the most value to our teams.
    • Support the Chief Revenue Officer in monthly reporting of pricing related business performance, identifying and deep diving into variances to target and proposing solutions on how to improve performance when needed.
    • Share best practice with the wider Commercial Team.

    Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail.
