THE COMPANY
Harnham is working with a global financial services company, that specialises in global digital payment services.

They are looking for a research analyst to execute research projects that will draw insights on their audiences, competitors and brand performanceand deliver strategic recommendations.

THE ROLE

You will:

Own & manage the current brand tracking programme
Provide regular and ad hoc analysis and reporting of core brand KPIs
Analyse research data in response to research objectives and business questions
Write survey questionnaires and discussion guides
Drive audience understanding through deepdive analysis of research and external data
Assist in executing research projects from start to finish
Assist in preparing research proposals in response to internal research requests
Create impactful research reports tailored to the respective audience
Support campaign performance evaluation
Organise and store data for future research projects

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You will need to have:

3 or more years experience in market research ideally with a strong understanding of brand and comms research
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to distil data into key insights and marketing recommendations
An ambitious individual who takes initiative is resourceful and can manage the complexity, pace and change of a highgrowth scaleup Tech Company
Good business acumen and willingness to learn about the company and grow into the role
