    nWe are re-inventing the way talent and opportunity meet with our AI recruiter assistant.

    Our assistant is designed to automate the repetitive tasks in the recruitment process, such as sourcing, vetting, reaching out, and interviewing candidates, while involving humans whenever necessary.

    Our fast-growing paid customer base is particularly excited about "Autopilot," the ability to automatically find and reach out to candidates, saving hours of time and allowing recruiters to focus on interviewing and determining fit.nWe recently raised a $1.5m pre-seed funding round and are now expanding our team to get our product to work for every growing company in the world.


    nAbout the Role:
    nAs a founding engineer, you'll be a key member of the founding team.

    Your main responsibility is building a great product experience for our customers and pushing the bleeding edge of agent-based LLM applications.

    You'll be involved in prioritizing problems, brainstorming solutions, implementation, testing, releasing, and maintaining.

    We're looking for a pragmatic individual who combines technical prowess and product intuition to deliver minimal but satisfactory implementations quickly.


    nResponsibilities:
    nDiscuss priorities and pragmatic solutionsnBuild new features in our front-end and back-endnImprove Holly's intelligence by enhancing our LLM-agent-based architecturenScrape relevant public data sources to improve data architecturenBuild out our data infrastructure and dashboardsnRequirements:n- 8 years of experience as a full-stack developer at a tech companynRecent experience at an early or growth-stage startupnProficiency with React / Next, NodeJS, and SQL (Postgres)nExperience with building features spanning the front-end, back-end, and infrastructurenTrack record of working on hard problems successfullynStrong work ethic and commitment to being part of a high-performing teamnProud to share cool side projectsnNice to Haves:nExperience building LLM-based appsnExperience with Elasticsearchn

    What We Offer:
