    Description

    Cranleigh STEM is excited to partner with a growing technology and engineering company in the renewable energy sector that aims to build a more efficient future through innovative predictive technology solutions. As part of a global financial services group, operating in various markets, they are now looking for an experienced SHEQ Manager to enhance their global safety, health, environment, and quality capabilities.

    This role involves:

    • Integrating risk management processes to ensure effective business systems across quality, health, safety, and environment.
    • Reviewing and updating policy and procedure frameworks.
    • Maintaining and reviewing the Risk Register document.
    • Overseeing incident reporting and investigation processes.
    • Providing project-level support to operational teams.
    • Leading the internal Safety Observation Card programme.
    • Supporting the Mental Health First Aider network.
    • Managing the SharePoint communications process.
    • Leading employee consultation via the Safety Committee.
    • Developing stakeholder relationships with quality and safety leads.
    • Aligning training with the IBMS.

    Requirements:

    • Preferably NEBOSH Diploma qualified.
    • Strong understanding of legal and compliance requirements.
    • Structured approach to risk management.
    • Ability to create clear policy and process documents.
    • Experience in managing risk with subcontractors/supply chain.
    • Ability to work three days a week from the Nottingham Head Office.
