Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets? We are searching for a dedicated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive.


Responsibilities:


  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Communicate effectively with customers in person to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Upsell and crosssell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

From £24,716.06 per year
