    We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for the role of Flexographic Printer, a pivotal position within our client's team, prompted by the significant expansion of the company.
    The role encompasesses the operation of 10 colours UV - MPS or Nilpeter Flexo Press, ensuring that designs are pronted withing a target time frame and to the customer's specification.
    Weekly rotating shifts AM/PM
    The succesfull candidte will be required to :

    • Coordinate and oversee the safe operation of the Press.
    • Possess keen attention to detail.
    • Handle paperwork detailing job requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with BRC, Quality, and Hygiene standards.
    • Take responsibility for reducing health and safety risks within the company.
    • Uphold and adhere to all practices outlined in the Company Handbook.
    • Foster positive relationships within the team and provide training support when necessary.
    • Offer coverage during holidays or absences whenever possible.
    • Communicate with management regarding equipment breakdowns, repairs, and provisions.
    Responsibilities:
    • Ensure high-quality printing standards are consistently met.
    • Assist with Pre Press tasks as needed.
    • Train and mentor new team members.
    • Maintain and operate machinery at optimal production speeds and report any issues.
    • Collaborate with management to identify production and process enhancements to improve quality and minimize downtime.
    • Accurately record and report production figures against Key Performance Indicators such as run speed and waste.
    • Adhere to all aspects of Quality Control and Quality Assurance, maintaining precise records.
    • Evaluate and provide feedback on print equipment, liaising with management as required.
    • Ensure all team members follow safe working procedures.
    • Foster a collaborative working environment within the department.
