    SUMMARY OF ROLE:


    This role will support the effective delivery of Waterlogic UKs Field Operations Strategy through creating and maintaining a high standard of product and technical knowledge.

    Responsible for driving the Technical development, Training and Quality of all Field Operations team members that operate within their region.

    Whilst supporting the resolution of any technical issues that are unable to be resolved by their Service Technicians.
    The role will be covering the North of the Region and package includes a Company Car.

    CORE ROLE & RESPONSBILITIES;Responsible for working with Service Centre Management and Product Technical Manager to identify, plan and ensure the Service Centre teams have the appropriate capabilities to deliver the Field Operations Strategy and targetsResponsible for ensuring appropriate and actioned training and development plans are in place for all Field Operations team membersResponsible for approving Service Technician activities.

    Including, but not limited to, Site Surveys, Exchanges and Installation check sheetsResponsible for undertaking quality monitoring of all Field Operations activities and for the sharing of best practice within and between the regions.

    Including, but not limited to, accompanied customer visits, activity & vehicle spot checks and van stock auditsResponsible for ensuring appropriate Health and Safety mindset within their region to promote near misses/ risks and preventative measures are agreed with Quality, Safety, Health and Environment OfficerResponsible for accurate updating of relevant systems with key information to enable successful resolution of inventory requests or queries and tracking of all mandatory KPIsResponsible for personal governance and adherence to procedures ensuring compliance with company policy and best practice.

    Including, but not limited to, Health and Safety Executive, Bottle Water Cooler AssociationResponsible for personal compliance with and suggesting improvements to the end to end joining process, policies and proceduresRequirementsQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

    Essential:

    • Full and valid driving licenseDemonstrate experience in diagnosis and resolution of technical issuesDemonstrate experience of designing and delivering trainingDemonstrate ability to coach and mentor peersDemonstrate excellent technical experience of Waterlogic UKs products and servicesWater Regulations Advisory Scheme approved qualification or equivalentAbility to handle a range of diverse and competing prioritiesDemonstrate strong ability to build rapport with stakeholdersA proven track record of providing excellent customer serviceDemonstrate strong oral and written communication skillsDemonstrate ability to consistently achieve targetsDesirable:
    • Demonstrate experience of use of multi meter and other electrical testing equipmentCity and Guilds PAT testing qualification
