I am currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Architecture and Engineering to join my client's team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and engineering, with expertise in Kotlin, MongoDB, and React. Additionally, candidates with a full-stack engineering background are encouraged to apply.


Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the architecture and engineering team, providing strategic direction and technical leadership.
Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure software architectures that meet the company's needs and objectives.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development processes and practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, prioritize projects, and ensure successful project delivery.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the company's technical roadmap.
Oversee the development and maintenance of software systems, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.


Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role within architecture and engineering, with a strong track record of success.
Expertise in Kotlin programming language for Back End development.
Proficiency in MongoDB for database management.
Strong proficiency in React for Front End development.
Full-stack engineering background is preferred, with experience in both Back End and Front End technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and deliver results.
Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
Six Figure Package - Kotlin experience necessary.
