The Organisation

An inquisitive marketing leading FMCG powerhouse seeking to recruit an EMEA Supply Planning Manager to shape their supply planning capabilities and standardise best practice.

The Role:

Owning the group supply planning process across the EMEA region
Supporting our clients manufacturing network (15+ sites across the Europe)
Development and implementation of KPI's in line with market objectives
Manage the Sales and operational execution within the region
Ensuring customer service levels whilst balancing inventory through ensuring the network has clearly define stock management processes and cycle times
Continuous improvement and development of planning capability
Implementation of tool and systems to support standardisation and harmonisation
Ideally degree educated or equivalent
Experience in a Supply Planning role gained with the FMCG, Personal Care or Pharma industry is essential
Experience in a multisite/market matrix led structure is essential
Experience of managing supply planning on an EMEA, APAC, Global level would be strongly preferred
A detailed and hands on understanding of SAP/APO/IBP and related tools/systems
Strong stakeholder management
Analytic with attention to detail
