This firm has built its reputation on providing must-have information for the world's most influential decision-makers in traditional and alternative asset management.

The Investor Relations Manager is an experienced client relationship management professionalwho will build a solid network of relationships with key institutional investors in the DACH Region.

The IR team are responsible for deepening and solidifying relationships with their current client base as well as developing new connections with prospectiveinvestors within the firms current product offering as well new business areas, with a view to creating high quality and quantity audiences for clients.


For each region, Investor Relations will work on the audience development strategy for each event, recruiting delegates and speakers and compiling Advisory Boards of investors to be achieved through regular communication with investors and personal researchvia different platforms and databases.


The role requires:


  • Persuasive communications skills both written and oral, and ability to crosssell
  • Excellent organisation skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Very good phone manners and sales skills. Presentation and public speaking skills are a plus
  • Draft and collect feedback (wellwritten notes) from investor calls and meetings in order to help Program Directors prepare Agendas
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
  • Ability to discern priorities
  • Understanding of the territory and ability to grow within the market.

  • A good understanding of investment management industry and indepth knowledge investor client base, and curiosity to continue learning more
  • Comfortable with traveling abroad
  • An interest for staying abreast of global news and a mature grasp of general affairs (particularly in their region); a good understanding of social, political and economic trends and how these impact the investment industry
  • Audience development planning understanding
  • Ability to run event project timeline on schedule and liaise with wider IR team to keep tasks on track
  • Ability to grow new business targets and strengthen already existing relationships
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Pardot, Boomset and other event planning related CRM tools
  • Ability to work alongside Marketing team to advise on lead generation projects and explain our needs and audience targets to marketing
  • Work with Program Directors, Client Coordinators and Logistics Managers leading up to an event; communicate effectively with all staff involved in the project management
  • Source content from investors for the Allocator Intel Network.
  • Willing to travel to the DACH region.
  • Fluent German required.
