**Assistant Finance Manager
Permanent
Based in just outside Brighton (hybrid and flexi time)
Up to £40,000 per annum plus study support

TA2701**Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for an Assistant Finance Manager to join a well-known business just outside the Brighton area on a permanent basis.

Your duties will include:

Supervising a team of 3 Finance Assistants
Responsible for assisting in the establishment and maintenance of an effective and efficient management reporting service delivery model that meets the needs of finance and wider business in terms of consistency, quality, accuracy, and timeliness
The delivery of regular and ad hoc financial reporting, planning and analysis including budgets, forecasts, yearend information and third party returns in accordance with agreed service levels
Processing of management accounting transactions to meet standards and KPIs agreed with the Management Accounting Services Manager and other finance stakeholders
Responsible for the driving and demonstration of continuous improvement to ensure continued value for money of the service delivery model to meet changing stakeholder requirements
Actively ensuring an effective and robust financial control environment

Key requirements:

Supervisory experience is essential
Ideally you will be studying towards your ACCA/CIMA/ACA/AAT
Selfmotivated with high professional service standards and good attention to detail
