    Role Summary

    As the Digital Solutions Architect, you will be working as part of our internal Digital & Technology team, helping to transform a growing and dynamic business. You will participate, consult and lead on projects, directly supporting business units and senior leadership in achieving their goals through process review, system implementation and building out custom solutions.

    As an organisation, we have adopted Microsoft 365 as our strategic technology platform. Your role will be to bring your technical experience and business process insight to guide and support our business through real-world problems with a Microsoft first approach. You will ensure that the M365 environment is appropriately utilised to achieve the best return on our investment and customer experience for Triple Point.

    Whilst we are Microsoft first, we are a business with many technologies and SaaS solutions. You will have exposure to enterprise accounting systems, lending tools, CRMs, marketing platforms and 3rd party productivity/task management tools. Implementing, optimising and integrating with 3rd party systems will be large part of the role.

    Your experience will cover the full spectrum of the project lifecycle, so you can confidently look for improvement opportunities, gather requirements, execute on build, document, train and deploy. This role requires an individual who relishes the idea of taking ownership of projects and confidently presenting solutions back to the business.

    Projects could vary from conducting training on utilising SharePoint as a DMS, integrating with our data warehouse, constructing Power Apps, building out Power Automate Workflows/Logic Apps, embedding Co-Pilot, or implementing new SaaS solution into our tech stack. As a champion of technologies and an ambassador for getting the most out of them, documentation and training will be your bread and butter, ensuring business users are set up for success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assessment & remediation of the M365 environment, including regular training to business users.
    • Continual development of company wide Digital Workplace solutions, such as the business's intranet.
    • Ensuring there is accurate and up to date documentation for all delivered solutions.
    • Creating a curious culture within the business, inspiring users to ask questions and self-automate using the tools you present to them.
    • Identify opportunities to deliver internal solutions.
    • Support the roll-out and continued embedding of M365.
    • Enable business units through SharePoint & M365 training.
    • Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs.
    • Testing and evaluating new programs.
    • Investigation and resolution of technical issues.
    • Identifying and developing areas for modification in existing programs.
    • Maintaining and upgrading existing systems.
    • Demonstrable PowerShell expertise.
    • Deployment of software tools, processes and metrics.
    • Application Lifecycle Management / DevOps.
    • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
    • Liaising directly with business stakeholders to understand and capture business objectives and translate them into technical functionality/requirements.
    • Collaborate with the wider Digital team to drive results.
    • Work with colleagues within the IT Helpdesk to share knowledge and help develop the team's skills and capability.
    • Demonstrable experience of the enterprise Microsoft suite.
    • Able to configure and deploy PowerApps, FLOWs/Logic Apps to enhance M365 Applications.
    • Deep functional understanding of the SharePoint platform and capabilities
    • Ability to configure applications using out-of-the-box SharePoint functionality.
    • Broad knowledge of the wider M365/Azure capabilities, including Data and Analytics.
    • Understanding of SharePoint governance best practices and importance.

    Experience & Competencies

    • 3-5 years hands-on experience with the M365 tools suite, building out custom applications, workflows and optimising SharePoint Online.
    • Thorough understanding of the entire project lifecycle from beginning to end.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

    • Comfortable liaising directly with business stakeholders to understand and capture business objectives and translate them into functional requirements.
