Reporting to the UK Transport Coordinator and the UK Planning Manager, the UK planner works as part of a team to ensure production of the most efficient and cost effective collection plans and vehicle routes within the domestic service to the customers.

Examine the strategic plan & the volume on a daily & weekly basis for maximum efficiency. Maximise load fill and backload opportunities. Support Control Tower fleet utilization and 3PLs operational coordination to optimize operational efficiency and cost savings activities

Good degree of computer literacy, with Paragon, excel, access, word and PowerPoint experience Preferred.
Ability to demonstrate analytical and logical thinking
Good analytical and numerical skills
Technical aptitude in the use of a variety of supporting software tools
Excellent communicator (verbal & written)
Strong and effective organizational skills
Able to demonstrate previous examples of solution innovative
Extensive UK Post Codes knowledge
