- Undertake setting out and surveying of highways projects on site, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the wider site team, including junior engineers and technicians.
- Liaise with the design team and contractors to ensure that projects are delivered in line with their requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and standards on site.
- Manage the quality control processes for the project.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Highways sector as a Site Engineer.
- Strong technical knowledge of setting out and surveying highways/tarmac road surfacing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with the site team, design team, and contractors.
- Demonstrable experience of managing and delivering successful highways projects on site.

Site Engineer – Highways Night Works
Our client, a leading civils infrastructure company, is currently seeking a Site Engineer with a Highways background to join their team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the highways sector and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Project primarily involves installation of new Cycleways, Footpaths.
Knowledge of Asphalt Hop Kerbs, De-Markation Kerbs & CDK Kerbs would be advantageous.
