The Clinical Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting Healthcare Supply Solutions Radiotherapy & Urology product range to healthcare professionals in Hospitals and Private Clinics.
As an Omnichannel enabled representative, you will utilise a range of face to face and remote engagement tools to work with healthcare professionals, providing tailored support and helping them make important decisions which will ultimately improve patients' lives living with Cancer.
We work directly with our healthcare partners in the hospital and private departments.Our strong product portfolio, excellent team and a deep understanding of our customer's needs have meant we have been very successful.
We have a strong product portfolio pipeline of future products with the determination to continue to be successful.Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be coming into the sales team at an opportune time to play your part in reshaping the healthcare landscape.
Responsibilities
- Taking a lead in the account sales strategy and execution for the product portfolio on your territory, you will work closely with partners and the Managing Director to achieve the sales targets
- Managing and coordinating procurements, utilising selfdiscipline and a creative approach to ensure sales methodology is delivered on time and in full. This will involve engagement with all levels of the key decision making team, including senior management
- Identifying market development and changes in NHS landscape on your territory (payment, procurement, tendering, and NHS processes) to maximise opportunities/minimise threats
- Developing innovative strategies to retain existing Healthcare Supply Solutions sites and acquire new sites
Qualifications
Educated to BSc (Hons) /BA Degree or equivalent in a life science or with related experiences such as a Urology or Radiotherapy background and preferably with previous experience of field sales/or knowledge of Radiotherapy & Urology Sales, you will be skilled in defining customer needs and building strong and effective relationships.
In order to be effective in this role you will need to be resilient, tenacious and both adaptable and flexible to work within a changing environment.
Self-motivated, focused and methodical, with the ability to work alone, yet readily communicate and share knowledge to the team, you will have the ability to sell with high credibility and be able to turn strategy into actionable implementation.
