Kettering

Hours - Monday to Friday full time

Salary - up to £60,000


Our well established, Kettering based client, has a vacancy for a Head of Human Resources (HR) to lead their busy HR Department.

About the Role...


The Head of HR is responsible for providing a professional and proactive HR service to the business, including Recruitment; Learning & Development; Compensation and Benefits; and Employee Relations.


The main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and inspire the Human Resources and Reception teams
  • Develop HR strategies aligned to the Business Strategy
  • Work proactively with the Executive and Divisional Managers
  • Effective and costefficient allocation of training budget
  • Effective succession planning
  • Meet monthly with the Staff Council
  • Ensure credible HR data and robust payroll via HR & Payroll system
  • Staff communications through the Staff Bulletin
  • Effective reward and benefit provision
