We have an exciting opportunity to assist in the delivery of magic service, within the role of Maintenance Assistant

As a Maintenance Assistance you will need to be organised, confident with a can-do attitude and have experience in property maintenance with a good attention to detail being able to work proactively across the group of properties.

To carry out periodic compliance checks & planned preventative maintenance tasks
Ensure Health & Safety standards are kept throughout the properties
Work in a proactive manner ensuring the properties are kept to a high level of standard
Respond to reactive maintenance in a timely manner
Create and maintain a pleasant and professional relationship with staff
Ensure workshops and plant rooms are kept clean and tidy
Liaise closely with external contractors
Assist with out of hours call outs and emergencies
