    Carriera is proud to partner with a construction consultancy who offer their clients building surveying, cost and project management services across the UK and Europe. With offices in central London and central Europe.

    This is a fantastic business that has grown tremendously over the last 5/6 years going from 10 people to over 110 across multiple countries. They have excellent relationships with some juggernauts of the business world that will set your career up for the foreseeable future.

    About the role

    As a cost manager, you will be deployed onto data centre projects in North London for a highly-recognisable client. Here you will carry out duties like budget management, tenders right through to final accounts.

    As a side note, you will be led by a really down to earth divisional lead who was an associate cost manager now turned chartered project manager who will move mountains to progress your career and nurture you in the best possible way.

    Requirements

    • Experience within the built environment with a multi-disciplinary/construction consultancy.
    • Experience of working on at least one data centre project no matter how small is imperative
    • Experience of the tender process + final accounting is highly beneficial
    • MRICS is beneficial.
