Description
Gorgeous Pubs is looking for a Junior Sous Chef for our highly regarded 2 Rosette local Gastro pub in Sleapshyde. We have achieved our accolades and reputation through a simple, fresh and seasonal menu that changes regularly.
We are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Junior Sous Chef or Senior CDP who is passionate about cooking fresh and exciting food using the highest quality produce. The ideal candidate for this position will be a natural team player who always has a drive to improve our team and push themselves towards a Sous Chef role.
With its own allotment the chefs will have a candid opportunity to use ingredients that they are with from seed to plate as well as close relationships with local farms, butchers and fishmongers.
The successful candidate will be active in developing the menus and standards alongside the Head Chef and management team.
