Description

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing administration ensuring all work is done in line with the brand strategy for The Lakes by Yoo.

You will hold responsibility for all areas of marketing for both rentals, sales and events, whilst supporting offline creative design which includes in house collateral and external advertisements and promotional material.

You will also be responsible for driving the social media and digital marketing strategy in line with our 3rd party partners.

All of which must be managed within brand guidelines and to the standards of a luxury resort.

This role will require weekly travel to the Cotswolds.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities to include the below but not exclusive to:

  • To be creative in your approach and to be able to think outside the box in order to deliver the brief
  • To take full responsibility for the Marketing including print, digital and strategy
  • To write and deliver the marketing plan in conjunction with the onsite team and present to the Directors
  • To manage and develop specialist events to market the estate
  • To manage all the marketing software in line with company standards
  • To be responsible for the management of the databases
  • To attend the weekly forecast meeting in order to deliver the marketing strategy
  • To hold monthly meeting with key Heads of Departments to deliver marketing plan
  • To produce a monthly report of all marketing activity and results
  • To be responsible for all social media for both the letting and sales accounts
  • To drive the monthly marketing calendar and deliver the plan
  • To take full responsibility for the website, it's content and the software
  • To manage the external marketing partnerships and drive forward
  • To manage our SEO and PPC campaigns and be involved with the monthly strategy
  • To be responsible for updating of all external website to endure that offers and details are up to date
  • To be able to use the appropriate software in order to create in house literature, adverts and other promotional material.
  • Carry out weekly/monthly eblasts in line with the plan
  • To be responsible for delivering the weekly newsletter and its content
  • To constantly seek new alternatives to stay ahead of the competitor set
  • To drive the Estates marketing content through video and photography
  • To manage the marketing budget
  • To deliver world class excellence at all time through the marketing and never compromise the brand
  • To support the Estate Management of day to day activities, especially in accordance with Fire, Health & Safety Regulations and Employment legislation
  • To support and attend all planned training activities as appropriate
  • To actively promote Service Excellence

Experience & Qualifications
2-4 years of hands-on Marketing experience

  • 24 years of Hospitality background
  • Experience working for high end brands
  • Knowledge of West London desirable
  • A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional languages are an asset
