- Knowledge of organisational resilience, community resilience or city resilience. .
- Technical experience (typically three years +) in one of the following is essential: organisational resilience, supply chain resilience, disaster recovery, emergency planning, city resilience, community resilience, climate resilience.
- Experience of relevant international standards for resilience,
- Certification to relevant industry bodies such as; BCI, DRI, CISSP, IRM would be desirable
- Strong Consultancy experience or proven success from an establish tenure in related roles in industry
- Familiarity with Financial Services Regulation and a financial services background, but recognising that resilience principles apply across sector
- Salary between £90,000 – £100,000
- £5,900 car allowance (can be taken as cash), 15% bonus, 11% pension
