Experience is not essential as we have developed a strong in-house training structure, however if you have experience in face to face roles like waitressing, front of house or retail assistant roles you will excel here


Main Responsibilities of a Customer Service Assistant:

  • Work on marketing and sales campaigns for world-renowned brands with our internal teams.
  • Generate leads and customer acquisitions.
  • Set up and present client services to potential customers.
  • One on one interaction with customers and tailoring products to their specific needs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Hardworking and a problem solver.
  • A team player.
  • Experience in sales or customer service.
  • Outgoing and a people person.
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn.
