Description

A global law firm, with offices across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia, are recruiting for an Associate to join their thriving shipping litigation practice.

Regarded as specialist within the shipping practice area, you will join the team, providing comprehensive service to the global maritime business community.

The role will encompass a broad mix of dry shipping and contract advisory work including disputes under charterparties, bills of lading, ship sale contracts, shipbuilding contracts and sale of goods contracts.

You will be a 4-8 PQE Associate, with experience in primarily shipping litigation, although experience in advisory work will also be required.

This will suit Associates who have gained exposure to this work from other leading city practices or boutique shipping law firms.

The role offers the opportunity to join a firm, recognised for their expertise within the shipping industries, working alongside Partners who are regarded as leaders in this field.
