    Job Title: Estimator

    Location: Oxford

    Salary / Pay Rate: £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience

    Job Type: Permanent

    The Role


    • Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and material assessments from project drawings or bills of quantities along with specifications.


    • Prepare comprehensive bid proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.


    • Monitor and analyse project costs throughout the estimation and execution phases.


    • Provide regular cost updates to management.

    The Candidate


    • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Structural Steel/Architectural metalwork Estimator


    • Strong knowledge of structural steel components, fabrication processes, and industry standards.


    • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
