    IT Support Analyst

    Guildford - 100% Onsite

    Our client is looking for an experienced IT support analyst with a background in working in professional services to provide support for their Guildford office. You will also be responsible for providing support to their regional offices.

    Key Skills

    • Manage all UK/Regional/Global starter and leaver accounts
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Outlook and Teams
    • Sound troubleshooting skills
    • Good knowledge of Windows 10
    • Experience of supporting Multi-Functional Devices and printers
    • Experience of supporting mobile devices including iPhones
    • Experience of using an Incident Management system
    • Experience of Cisco Maintenance an advantage
