    ABOUT YOU

    As a Global Client Engagement & Implementation , you will be redefining digital engagement, influencing product enhancements, and expanding client programs, you will be key in driving growth.

    Required skills and experience

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, technical field or equivalent with a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
    • Possesses fundamental technical and administrative skills required to perform the job duties
    • Impactful presentations skills, passionate about client engagement and adept at uncovering client objectives
    • Resourceful, forward-thinking, and innovative mindset with a keen eye for details
    • Comfortable balancing detailed tasks with maintaining a big-picture perspective
    • Enjoys continuous learning, commercially focused, and possesses strong project management skills
    • Efficiently prioritises and organises workload in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
    • Effective communication in verbal, written, and presentation formats
    • Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Added plus for candidates with a sales and marketing mindset
    • Ability to travel as business needs dictate (domestic & International) Less than 20%

    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

    As a Global Client Engagement & Implementation , you will be instrumental in developing client relationships by tailoring solutions, employing technical consultative selling, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure an efficient client experience.

    Ke y activities:

    • Engage in technical presales activities, support client requests for proposals and provide competitive quotes
    • Lead the implementation process for clients, ensuring a positive client experience and facilitating efficient handover to internal teams
    • Reengage with existing clients to strengthen relationships and explore additional opportunities
    • Establish in depth product knowledge of Intertek supply chain assurance platforms service offerings and manage client engagement pages, identifying opportunities for increased usage
    • Transform engagement with internal stakeholders and clients through strategic digitization and innovation solutions
    • Create and manage sales support documentation, track revenue and collaborate with global teams

    Home Based. Travelling to clients in the UK and International across and office location in Milton Keynes , as needed, less than 30%.

    Flexibility working global hours as and when required.

    Full Time. Permanent
