With the support of the Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for crafting two of the UK's most iconic Hairdresser brands; Build exciting and meaningful through-the-line campaigns with influencers and creatives that really bring our products to life
Support the Senior Marketing Manager in managing and landing Bed Head's much anticipated launch campaign ATL and BTL
Act as Core Project Leader for assigned innovation projects including driving overall project, network management, business case development, team management, and gatekeeping to ensure On Time in Full and successful launch for Toni & Guy
Support the Senior Brand Manager to Execute brand strategy while analysing brand performance and proactively identifying issues and opportunities for future brand growth
1+ years brand or product marketing experience
~ Agency management experience
~ Passionate about the hair care & styling category
~ This role reports into the Senior Marketing Manager and will partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Business Operations, Sales Strategy and other Marketing Managers. Excited to push boundaries, consistently looking to find new ways to grow the brands in your stable, while remaining pragmatic, and focused on real results in market.
Passionate about understanding consumer behavior and creating brands that have meaning to their audience.
Pragmatic and flexible, with the ability to find creative solutions within tight budgets.
You will need to be comfortable managing projects autonomously.
