Job Duties:

• Providing field service support for aftermarket products
• Performing maintenance, repairs, and installations on equipment
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions
• Conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a field service engineer
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and customer service skills

Education:

Relevant technical qualification or apprenticeship in engineering

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role within the engineering industry

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of aftermarket products and services
• Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications in relevant areas
• Experience working with specific brands or manufacturers
