    Stroud Resourcing is recruiting for a Lead Theatre Practitioner – Spinal Scrub (RGN/ODP) to join an impressive private hospital based in North West London.

    This is a full-time role offering a salary of £45,000 and an excellent benefits package.

    It's an exciting time to be joining this flagship London hospital.

    They have a busy, well-equipped theatre department consisting of 5 operating theatres and brand-new endoscopy suite alongside 120+ beds, a level 3 intensive care unit, emergency centre, physiotherapy & diagnostics.

    They offer a variety of surgical services including complex spinal surgery, orthopaedics, ophthalmology, ENT, gynaecology, glaucoma, weight loss surgery & more.

    They are proud to have a Good CQC rating and high levels of patient satisfaction.

    In this Lead Scrub Practitioner role, you can expect to:


    Provide visible clinical, professional, and managerial leadership to the Scrub team (across Spinal & Paediatrics), promoting a positive approach and cohesive teamwork.

    Working closely with the Theatre Manager you will support the growth of the Spinal & Paediatric surgical services within the hospital.

    You will be responsible for the preparation of operating theatres & suites, ensuring all necessary and emergency equipment is available and in working order.

    To apply for this Scrub Team Leader role, you must be a qualified RGN (with current NMC registration) or ODP (with current HCPC registration) with previous experience as a Lead Theatre Practitioner.

    We also welcome applications from experienced Senior Theatre Practitioners looking to step up into a management role.

    Experience working within Spinal scrub is essential, experience working within Paediatrics is desirable but not essential (full training will be provided).
