As a Senior Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in supporting the culinary leadership team in all aspects of kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and development, ensuring alignment with our culinary vision.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Manage inventory and procurement to maintain optimal supply levels.
• Lead by example in the kitchen, demonstrating culinary skills and attention to detail.
• Encourage creativity and innovation within the culinary team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
• Strong knowledge of British cuisine and a commitment to using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Professional Cookery.
