Hybrid Role

As an ITAuditor specializing in Data Migration with the client dept youwill play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy integrity andsecurity of data migration processes for the client dept DataMigration program.

You will collaborate with crossfunctional teamsincluding Data Analysts Project Managers and external vendors toassess and audit the migration of data from legacy systems tomodern platforms.

This role requires a deep understanding of ITaudit principles data governance and the ability to ensurecompliance with established standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:

DataMigration Audit:
Conduct comprehensive audits of datamigration processes to identify and address potential risks andissues.
Ensure compliance with data governance policiesand industry best practices.

Quality Assurance:

Collaborate withData Analysts to verify the accuracy and completeness of migrateddata.
Develop and implement quality assurance measuresfor data migration activities.

Documentation:

Maintain detaileddocumentation of audit findings including discrepancies andcorrective actions taken.
Generate reports formanagement highlighting the status and quality of data migrationefforts.

Collaboration:

Work closely with ITteams Project Managers and external vendors to address datamigration challenges promptly.
Provide expertise andguidance on data migration best practices.

Continuous Improvement:

Identifyopportunities for process improvements in data migrationstrategies.
Stay current with industry trends andadvancements in data migration technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree inInformation Technology Computer Science or a relatedfield.
Proven experience in IT auditing with a focus ondata migration projects.
Indepth knowledge of datagovernance principles and best practices.
Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellentcommunication and collaboration abilities.
Certifications such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)are preferred.
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Officewithemphasis on Microsoft Excel.

SkillsMatrix:
