    About the Job:

    As the People Operations Partner, you will join our people team and play a vital role in delivering an excellent people experience across the whole employee lifecycle. You will manage the approach to people data at CloudKubed, providing actionable insight to the senior leadership team. You'll partner with delivery leads, and people managers to drive process adoption and compliant HR practices. You'll deliver projects around key parts of the employee experience such as culture, training, diversity & inclusion and employee relations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Utilise HR Data and analytics to identify trends, insights and opportunities for improvement in various aspects of the people function
    • Build, develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics
    • Manage all comp and ben data and support annual benchmarking projects

    Process Optimisation:

    • Collaborate with the wider people team to streamline HR processes based on data driven insights
    • Identify areas for process automation and implement solutions in partnership with our technology teams to increase efficiency and scalability
    • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of people programmes and strategies, recommending and actioning adjustments when necessary

    Talent Acquisition Support:

    • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to provide data-driven insights and analysis in order to improve candidate sourcing, selection and the onboarding process,

    Employee Engagement:

    • Run and analyse employee engagement surveys, onboarding surveys, exit interviews and other feedback mechanisms in order to build out the organisations understanding of employee satisfaction
    • Work with delivery leads and mangers to develop targeted initiatives and interventions which enhance employee engagement and retention
    • Work with delivery leads and managers to measure & report on employee sentiment

    Compliance & Employee relations:

    • Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
    • Partner with people managers to deliver compliant ER processes such as investigations, disciplinary's and performance management.
    • Ensure all employee data is captured and stored correctly in line with company policy

    People Function Administration

    • Coordinate and schedule reviews and ER meetings/disciplinaries and all PIP/CAP processes
    • Create content for policies/procedures/contract amendments
    • Send out all documents for staff
    • Update end of week message
    • Manage People Function partnerships (colleges/universities/charities)
    • Manage People Function Roadmap and all event schedules
    • Send out regular updates on programmes and initiatives
    • Manage podcast and blogs
    • Proven experience in a People Operations role
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and implementation
    • Proficiency in data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret data sets
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
