    A high-energy recruitment and executive search consultancy are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their team.

    This is an extremely involved generalist role supporting the business across a broad spectrum of HR responsibilities, from strategy to simpler administrative tasks - you will do it all as this is in essence a stand-alone position.

    People Strategy - working with the CPO to set strategy and then be responsible for rolling it out company wideBusiness Partnering - fostering strong working relationships across the business and being the company HR expertEmployee Relations - knowledge should be robust and some knowledge of global HR would be a bonusPerformance & Talent Management - regular appraisals, development of succession and talent plansPeople Operations - you name it, you'll do it, from recruitment and onboarding to queries about policy to exit interviewsReward, Recognition & Benefits - benchmarking salaries globally and answering queries about the excellent benefits packageThis role will suit someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys the full 360 lifecycle supporting a business from top to bottom - there is a huge scope of responsibility, and someone needs to be ready for that challenge.

    Key to this will be the ability to identify priorities and work alongside the CPO/COO to action strategic plans, align managing partners behind significant changes and look at policy recommendations.

    Whilst you will work closely with the SLT, you also need to be just as happy with the more operational and administrative part of the role as you will act in a stand-alone capacity and be relied upon for HR expertise.
