Hours:
Full time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm


COMPANY PROFILE
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for our client based in Hertfordshire.

They are looking for a Helpdesk Technician who is focused on the needs of customers to serve as the customer's first point of contact and provide technical support.


SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of networking and software installations is beneficial
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Previous Helpdesk experience is advantageous

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling incoming call requests, resolving them where possible
  • Remotely connect onto customers system to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate and concise records on the call tracking software
  • Escalate potential issues to senior helpdesk staff
  • Loggings and closing all support requests
  • Any other ad hoc duties when required
