- Job Title: General Practitioner (GP)
- Sessions: 2-10 sessions per week depending on your preferences
- Partnership Offer: Newly qualified or experienced with partnership offer, if desired
- Additional Services: Community-based Ultrasound (including in-house DVT scanning) and Vasectomy service.
- Patient List Size: Approx. 7,500 Patients with a very low home visit rate
- Support Team: Experienced Practice Nurses, HCAs, Phlebotomists, Clinical Pharmacists, First Contact Practitioners, Health and Wellbeing Coaches, and Care Coordinators
- Management Team: Supportive management and multi-administration team focused on continuous improvement.
- Qualifications: Qualified GP with MRCGP, Vocational Training Certificate or equivalent JCPTGP, and CCT
- Experience: GP experience in primary care environment plus Emis Web, QOF, clinical audit, medicines management, and CCG initiatives experience advantageous.
- Skills: Outstanding clinical knowledge, excellent communication (written and oral), strong IT skills, effective time management, ability to work autonomously and as a team member
- Personal Qualities: Polite, confident, motivated, forward thinker, problem solver, high levels of integrity and loyalty, sensitive and empathetic
