    We are looking for Graduate Design Engineers to join our Birmingham office in September 2024.

    As a Graduate Design Engineer you will work on a variety of projects assisting teams in the design and development of commercial and infrastructure projects.

    Work as part of the design team under the supervision of senior members of staff.
    Understand multidisciplinary design challenges and participate in their solution.
    Understand appropriate design codes, standards and design software and use them under supervision.
    Become graduate member of ICE or IStructE. Attend sites and projects where required to carry out site inspections and surveys.
    Understand the commercial requirements of projects and the company as a whole.
    Good level of computer literacy including MS Office.
    Training in the use of Engineering Design Software i.e AutoCAD, Revit
    Good level of knowledge and understanding of technical principles underlying Civil Engineering design and practice.
    Good verbal and written English.
    Open to working on secondment at Richter design offices throughout the UK as the need arises.
