Finance OfficerAs Finance Officer for Pareto, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of Pareto across the UK and USA.

Reporting directly to the Financial Manager, you will be responsible for producing accurate monthly profit and loss accounts, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Produce monthly profit and loss accounts for the UK and USA division, including issuing sales invoices and managing a small number of purchase ledger transactions.

Handle payroll journals, tax filings, reconciliations, accruals, pre-payments, and balancing inter-company transactions.
Generate reports detailing sales by state and analyse tax implications.
Manage financial transactions in dollars, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Utilise Google Sheets for sales dashboard reporting, with plans to integrate Salesforce within the next 12 months.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in a similar roleProficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
