- The ability to communicate and present succinctly to the organisations C-Suite of investment and fund management decision makers & business leaders.
- Detailed understanding of the UK planning system including TCPA application processes, and ideally the DCO process (including EIA development).
- Experience of Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement whilst progressing projects.
- Chartered status and Full Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute or other relevant professional body, such as RICS (or working towards membership).
- Excellent written, communication and organisational skills. Over the next six years this Developer has 1.5GW of transmission connections to make, as such you will be a highly integral Planner supporting the development team and progressing internally originated land opportunities. Excellent prospects throughout Europe in a growing Renewable Energy business which offers a basic salary of between £60,000 to £65,000 p/a plus package plus car allowance. Renewable Energy Planner This European owned UK Developer is seeking to recruit a Planner for its Renewable Energy Development business here in the UK.
With a work from home contract you will have complete control over your weekly diary with office visits to central London monthly.
As a Planner with Development Consent Order (DCO) experience in either transport or water you will have the opportunity to join the renewable energy revolution with a business delivering a 3.5GW pipeline across 30 projects in the UK.
Predominantly on solar and battery storage schemes, with the European business exploring hydrogen technology and energy generation as we speak.
