The business is a highly successful company at the forefront of innovation in engineering technology.

They are looking for a talented individual to lead their procurement and supply chain function, managing at least 1 Buyer within the team.

Role Overview:

As Procurement and Supply Chain Manager, you'll be the linchpin connecting the business with the materials, equipment, and services they require.

Act as the primary point of contact for key suppliers, nurturing long-term partnerships that drive mutual benefits.

Navigate the Procurement Process:
Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, from tendering to contract management.
Champion best practices, ensuring compliance with public procurement regulations.
Implement strategies to reduce costs and enhance efficiency within the company's supply chain.


Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain, safeguarding the company's operations.
Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, gained within either a manufacturing, engineering or construction environment.
Familiarity with public procurement regulations / working within a regulated procurement environment, such as nuclear or pharmaceutical.
Strong negotiation skills and relationship-building abilities.
Resilience in managing risks and adapting to changing circumstances.

Competitive Compensation:
Enjoy a salary range of GBP55,000-60,000 depending on experience.
