    Administration Co-Ordinator (with Degree)

    We are a small, friendly and well-established music company with a head office in North London. Reporting to the company's directors, you will be responsible for a number of administrative tasks that are essential for the day-to-day running of the business. These include daily order processing, invoicing, shipping Amazon orders and submitting quarterly stock sales returns.

    Job Description

    Main duties include:


    •\tManaging and Shipping weekly Amazon purchase orders via Amazon Advantage


    •\tProcessing of Amazon invoices and returns


    •\tProcess invoices and credit notes on Sage 200


    •\tStock transfers on Sage 200 – keeping stock up-to-date


    •\tUploading new titles to Amazon


    •\tRegistering new releases with copyright societies


    •\tSubmission of quarterly sales to copyright societies


    •\tAdding new titles to the company's website & social media


    •\tPut together monthly sales sheets in Adobe Acrobat Pro and occasional marketing tools for the sales team


    •\tHelp the team with proof reading of Vinyl/CD artwork

    Other duties will be ad hoc, but will include helping out with other smaller tasks as and when times are busy

    Place of work

    It is envisaged that after initial training, a combination of work-from-home and office-based will be the norm for this role. Although we may return to being fully office based in the future

    Person Specification

    The following are essential for this role:-


    •\tDegree level qualification and Excel skills


    •\tCommercial administration experience in the last 12 months (note: recent graduates

    with relevant work experience during their course will also be considered).


    •\tMust be eligible to work in the UK, and be able to commute to North West London as

    and when required for office days.

    The following skills and attributes are highly desirable for this role:-


    •\tExcellent tech skills and aptitude to learn new applications


    •\tKnowledge of Amazon Advantage or Fulfilled by Amazon is an advantage, but not \tessential as training will be given


    •\tExperience in the use of accounting software desirable but not essential as training will be given


    •\tNumerate, able to input data accurately, great attention to detail


    •\tOrganised, with excellent time management and ability to work to deadlines


    •\tCalm and confident under pressure


    •\tAbility to take responsibility, initiative and work independently


    •\tHigh standard of written and spoken English and a pleasant telephone manner


    •\tReliable, friendly, co-operative, and willing to address all admin tasks as and when necessary

    Checkable references and proof of degree-level qualification will be required in the event that you are shortlisted for the position.

    Salary & Location

    Work-from-home / Office-based (Office Location: London NW2)

    Hours: Mon-Fri

    Fixed Term Contract: 12 months (with potential for extension)

    Salary: £25,000 pa (a.a.e.) rising to £26,000 after an initial 3 month trial period.
