    Kinaxia Logistics & Fulfilment are looking to recruit a Contract Manager to join their team at their site in Crick. The role of the Contract Manager will be to control and oversee all aspects of the Customer contract warehouse operation.

    About the Job:

    • Oversee daily operations of the Customer's pick and pack operation ensuring efficient planning of volumes and workflow achieving KPIs;
    • Oversee the daily and weekly planning and carry our advanced planning to ensure pro-active plans are put in place for periods of peak and change;
    • Use daily and weekly reports to ensure positive warehouse trends and any issues are resolved at point, using route cause analysis;
    • Monitor safety and quality processes to ensure standards are maintained at all times;
    • Ensure equipment is serviced and maintained as required and any near miss / incidents are investigated with route cause action taken, preventing recurrence;
    • Work collaboratively with the Warehouse Management team in the creation of a culture of continuous improvement and to communicate any areas of concern or improvements identified to ensure that the most efficient and effective operation is being maintained at all times.
    • Provide leadership and motivation to your team to build an effective and engaged workforce resulting in improved productivity and sustained customer service levels;
    • Maintain the flow of communication to the customer end to end, manage customer complaints or queries, and oversee the communication of a 3rd party courier company delivering to the customer on behalf of Kinaxia to maintain high levels of customer service;
    • Work closely with the Stock and Administration Team to ensure system and stock integrity is maintained.

    Your knowledge and experience:

    • FLT Licence
    • Warehouse Health & Safety procedures
    • Experience managing a team
    • Experience with dealing with customers
