    Education Lawyer

    Locum

    £45-60 DOE

    Remote working

    Our client, a Yorkshire based Local Authority is seeking an an experienced Lawyer to join their team for a minimum basis to support on SEN tribunal work.

    Day to day responsibilities for the successful Education Lawyer will be:

    • Managing a caseload of SEN Tribunals
    • Providing legal representation, advocacy, advice and support on all aspects of education law
    • Handling Large caseloads
    • Working to tight deadlines
    • Prioritise competing caseloads

    The authority are looking for applicants that are available on a full or part time basis. The successful education lawyer will be working on a remote basis.
