We have an exciting opportunity in the Faculty of Social Sciences for someone with a passion forexcellent customer service who is looking to use their skills to improve the customer service
experience for the newly built Faculty of Social Sciences building.
You will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Reception whilst acting as a main point of contact
for Reception staff, offering support and providing mentoring, training and implementing new Reception procedures.
Your commitment to customer service and willingness to work across team and departmental boundaries will ensure our staff and students get the best possible experience when they visit the reception.
You should have experience of using Google Apps and competent IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office packages with the ability to support students and staff from a wide variety of cultures and backgrounds as part of a friendly and professional team.
