    We are seeking a Software Licensing Administrator to join our Procurement team.

    We are looking for someone to support the Software Sales Team with the software sales cycle, procurement activity and invoicing.

    Our Software Licensing Administrator will manage and administer software vendor and distribution portal activities where applicable for all software vendors.

    They will help the sales teams with all order related queries and ensure sales are aware of outstanding business awaiting completion.

    Providing a consistent and accurate level of support and reporting to the procurement team as required through email and helpdesk queries.

    To own the end-to-end procurement process for software orders.

    Supporting the Software Sales team where applicable with quoting software agreements across an array of vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe, Veeam, VMWare etc.

    Support Software Sales Team with Renewals Management.
    Software Licensing Administration.
    Management of the internal helpdesk system SDP.

    We would love to receive applications from candidates with exposure to Software within a similar function, however transferrable knowledge will be considered.

    The suitable candidate will have GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English, administrative experience within a fast paced environment and the ability to adapt quickly.

    It is also desired but not essential to have Business Administration level 2 or 3 qualification, administrative experience within a procurement or finance environment and demonstrable years licensing administration, Buyer/Procurement experience.

    Full sector specific training will be provided for candidates matching most or all of the role particulars.

    This is a full time position - 37 hours per week
    The working days are Monday to Friday

    The role is marketed as a "Hybrid" position with occasional travel to our Stafford HQ, however the role will predominantly be homebased.
