    The SE GS D GSO CTS OMG team is looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee our external projects.

    As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external partners.

    Lead cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and desired outcomes.
    Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
    Engage with internal and external stakeholders to set expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
    Address project issues promptly and effectively.
    Regularly assess project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
    Prepare project budgets based on scope and resource requirements.
    Conduct detailed risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
    Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status.

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Proven experience as a Project Manager handling external projects.
    Proficiency in project management tools and software.
    IPMA, PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

    Appreciation of Siemens international Customer base, their respective cultural diversity, and an ability to communicate in more than one language would be a distinct advantage.

    Ability to analyze information and provide reports and feedback to project team members and management.
