    JOB TITLE – Marketing Approvals Coordinator – 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

    DEPARTMENT – Marketing

    LOCATION - Hybrid working between Delta Park, Fareham & remote.

    WORKING HOURS – Part to full time (22.5 to 37.5 hours per week - core hours of 09:30 to 14:30).

    We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Marketing team as a Marketing Approvals Coordinator for a leading global manufacturer of contact lenses.

    You will manage UKI marketing assets and communications (digital and printed) through the CooperVision Local and Global Approvals processes. You will support and liaise with Brand Marketing, Customer Marketing, Professional Affairs and Regulatory Affairs.

    Essential functions & responsibilities:

  • Prioritisation of materials requiring approval
  • Proofing marketing materials and communications, ensuring they comply with marketing claims, references and legal obligations.
  • Ensuring that all materials and communications are documented and managed through the CooperVision Local and Global Approvals processes, as required.
  • Ensuring approvals for marketing assets and communications are obtained in line with agreed service levels, managing up and across to business to ensure timely delivery.
  • Supporting the creative approval process as required
  • Supporting marketing claims process as required
  • Filing archival marketing assets and any new approved artwork in our file management system.

    What skills and experience should you have?

    You will have a combination of five years of experience in the pharma / medical devices industry in a marketing, professional affairs, or regulatory affairs role.

    Other knowledge, skills and abilities essential to excel in this role include:

  • Organised project manager, process driven.
  • Proactive, works with a sense of urgency to get things done.
  • Strong written skills and command of the English language.
  • Proficiency with office software including Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • Confident with online quality management system tools.
