French Speaking Customer Service Agents WFH/Hybrid
We're looking for a French Speaking Customer Service Agent to join one of Europe's largest outsourced centres. You will be confident at dealing with customer queries and have a natural ability to influence sales. Ideally you should have a strong background within call centres previously. Although this is a French-speaking role, excellent verbal and written English skills are also essential.
The role:
- Flexible / Adaptable working in a fastpaced environment
- Maintain a positive attitude in handling calls professionally
- Experience in Call Centre, Sales & Customer Service Preferred
- You will however have excellent communication skills and be happy to work in a targetbased environment.
Hours/Pay:
- Monday to Friday 8am 6pm
- Weekly Pay
