Hire Fleet Coordinator (Portuguese Speaker)

The Hire Fleet Coordinator will play a crucial role in liaising between our Hire Fleet and Production teams to ensure the seamless availability and delivery of hire bikes within our SLA parameters.

This position requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

As our client base grows we are now seeking to expand our team to include Portuguese speakers to support our 365 business.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise between motorcycle policy holders and internal teams to facilitate the timely delivery of hire bikes.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure proper booking and distribution of hire bikes onto delivery vans.
Ensure that the production team prepares hire bikes for delivery by cleaning and preparing them accordingly.
Organize paperwork for drivers to provide to policy holders upon delivery of hire bikes.
Manage helmet inventory, including ordering, stock checks, and ensuring availability for hire bikes.
Maintain relevant Google Sheets and Excel sheets to track work in progress and fleet maintenance activities.
Oversee fleet maintenance to ensure legal compliance with MOT, tax, insurance, and servicing requirements.
Address customer issues related to hire bikes promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with external agencies, such as suppliers, police, and local authorities, to resolve unexpected issues.

Skills Required:

Fluency in Portuguese at a conversational level, enabling effective communication with Portuguesespeaking stakeholders and customers.
Minimum 3 years of coordination experience, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels internally and externally.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems.
Strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience working in a team environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
