    We have an exciting opportunity to support our TUKI Team as an Operations Specialist based in our London Office.

    They will be responsible for managing projects, and creating and implementing new policies, procedures, and enhancements to effectively execute operational standards.

    Support BD's, Field Teams (MFPs), franchisees and internal departments with accurate operational information.

    Develop tools, processes, and programs to ensure brand standards are executed with excellence and consistency.

    Create and deliver presentations and provide communications to the field to gather input and/or to implement new or updated policies, procedures, or programs.

    ~ Active engagement with Field Teams, Store Teams & Franchisees in the field and in restaurants. Drive Digital Ops Metrics Performance; Support Field Teams (BD & SMO)

    Delivering objectives; Miscellaneous responsibilities maintained through department:
    research and maintain Operations based Company programs available to franchisees and field teams. Work with IPC, vendors and BD & SMO offices as needed.

    Bachelor's degree preferred in Business/Technical or any other related field.
    Minimum 2-6 years of job specific experience, preferably in the QSR environment.
    Strong communication, training, and customer experience skills
    Basic computer proficiency and understanding of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint & MS Outlook.
    Must have problem solving, analytical, and project management skills.
