    Project ManagerLocation:
    Leicestershire Solutions Diverse is a leading design/production agency who work with some of the biggest brands.

    We have an excellent track record in delivering outstanding projects in the Technology, retail, POS, product security, events and pop ups.

    We're now looking for a Project Manager to join our team, the successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Design and Production teams to execute a diverse range of creative projects.

    Job Role· Good technical and a practical understanding of manufacturing and materials.

    Setting out and agreeing project objectives, timelines and budgetDay-to-day management of multiple projects for various client accountsAbility to provide cost estimates and accurate production quotes for clients and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best value is obtained.

    Completion of all financial aspects of project management, including preparing project budgets (design development fees, internal production, out-sourced contractors etc), monitoring margin and tracking costs, generating purchase orders and invoice requests to the finance teams.

    Develop strong and effective partnerships with all team members and external parties to ensure successful project development and deliveryMonitor and manage third party suppliers, ensuring quality and timelines are adhered toIdentifies and tracks project risks, ensuring mitigation plans are executedReport on financial status of projects to Director level management.

    Skills and Experience5 Years of experience within an integrated design and production agency (or similar)Strong project management, negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to work under pressure and problem solveProactive, resourceful and demonstrate initiativeTrack record of delivering projects from design through to installation in a fast-paced environmentGeneral understanding to interpret technical drawingsAbility to manage budgets, risks and resources and suppliersIs able to identify and deliver to customers' needs and expectationsTakes ownership of customers' problems and ensure a satisfactory resolutionIs able to manage the requirements of diverse customers in a timely and effective manner without compromising the quality of the expected serviceResponds positively to constructive feedback, demonstrating learning from experience and others' adviceStrong IT skills including MicrosoftCommercial awareness and a thorough understanding of the industry and competitive market.
